e-recruitment

Hello SAP Gurus:

I'm a student learning SAP HCM module and also new to this forum. Few days back I took access from Learnsap.com but I'm failed to find e-recruitment there. Now my question is whether e-recruitment is a totally different module or it is one of the sub modules of HR and how could I get the access to e-recruit. What are the important areas one should know about e-recruitment?

Ans: It is a sub-module and part of HR

You have mentioned that you are learning HCM. If you are doing that at any of SAP training centers, you will be given SAP HCM training materials to learn the concepts. Moreover, you will also be given access to training servers to practice your concepts.

But if you are doing it on your own, please also take a look at <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005vp/helpdata/en/6c/c9b54015c4752ae10000000a155106/frameset.htm">this link</a> . You can also take a look at <a href="http://www.sap-press.com/product.cfm?account=&product=H994">this book</a>.
