    its not professional or even ethical to disclose one's company's blueprints...or for that matter any company's blue prints.

      To-Be Process-how we going to map the current process in SAP

      System Solution-actions to be built in SAP

      (Options and Recommendation)

      System functionality gaps and mitigation strategies - what are the major issues that we are going to face during the current mapping with SAP

      Known Issues- some issues (ex: related to country spefic)

      Master Data- what are the master data infotypes we are going to handl

      Conversions- from current system to SAP system

      Interfaces-

      Forms

      Reporting Requirements

      Change Management- ex(reporting structure )
