SAPGUI upgarde pacth 640

Hi fellows,

almost a year ago I downloaded SAPGUI 640 for my remote consulting tasks. This is still on patch #13. I looked at the service market place for an uograde patch but only found 3 presentation disks of huge volume.

Are there any patch files available for upgradation of SAP GUI?

Yes there are.

You can go upto 20 Patch Level!

You need the Service Market Place Id for that.

Thanks a lot!

The problem was locating the file(s) on marketplace download area: Searching for "SAPGUI..." leads to the (huge) and in my case unnesseray presentation disks.

Searching "GUI640" will find the patches.

I went for

gui640_22-10001615.exe SAP GUI for Windows 6.40 Patch (70 MB)

and got my SAPGUI upgraded successfully.

Thanks also for the other link to

gui640_pdb_22-10001615.exe

This one is much bigger (129.661.440 Bytes) and contains nothing but .pdb files - don't know how to use them.

In our company we have patch 25 for sapgui 640.
