As per my understanding, SAP GRC BC Sets are nothing but tables entries which are in multiple tables.
What is the purpose of the option "Compare BC set with tables".
As per the definition "You can compare customizing tables with the BC Set data to
ensure that the BC Sets contain the actual system settings"
Customizing tables nothing but the tables populated with bC set information and why we have compare the BC set with tables. I feel like BC set comparing itself with custom tables
