copying R/3 Sales Org structure

Can some one tell me a step-by-step process of how to copy R/3 sales structure to CRM 4.0? Please be as detailed as possible.

Go to the online help and then to best practices. Download B09 CRM Replication. It give you detailed steps to bring down the R/3 sales organization data into CRM.

Goto the transaction CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE. It will show you the R3 Org structure. Select the desired line and click on the 'Generate Selected lines' button.

PS : No delta download is possible after you have carried out the above steps.
