Monitoring Guide - XI 3.0 or XI/PI 7.0

Hi

I had installed XI 3.0 in our landsacpe.. and I have to currently monitor XI w.r.t. performance. I am not able to locate a single document with all monitoring related objects, perforamance tuning and troubleshooting..

Can anyone send me documentation on what components needs to be monitored for XI and path in ABAP/J2EE screen.
