Friends,
I have to develop a PCA report using the Report Writer / Report Painter. The report has 13 columns. The 13th column is the sum of the first 12 columns. The data coming into the first 12 columns should be dynamic. For e.g. if the period selected on the selection screen is 8, then the first 8 columns (Jan - Aug) should give the actual data and the balance 4 columns (Sep to Dec) should give the plan data. Similarly, if the period selected on the selection screen is 6, then the first 6 columns (Jan - Jun) should give the actual data and the balance 6 columns (Jul - Dec) should give the plan data.
Please advise on how I should proceed, because I am stuck on how to get the columns to fetch the data in a dynamic way.
Thanks & Regards,

You can have budget and plan for all columns and then the total or the total of the
columns that u selected, to meet ur requirement is difficult cause it depends on
the previous row if its actual or not, try to use a variable, one column would
have both record type 0 and 3 so theres no logic that it follow
. i guess you will need an ABAP report for this

The PCA report that was required could not be developed using Report Writer. We dcided to develop the report using ABAP.
