we're on SRM 2.0, EBP 3.5
we shift to SRM 5.0 soon.
when adding items to a shopping cart sometimes you get error messages eg because of accounting errors. we have implemented several BADIs like sc_change, or check document. But in none I get this message, which in fact comes from the backend.
Can somebody suggest a way to catch this message? We need to inform people via email, if such errors occur.
Is there a way in SRM 5.0 for reacting, if such errors happen?
