Instant email to the user when the Shopping cart is approved

Hello to All(experts),

When a SC has been approved, a workflow event is triggered that puts the shopping cart in approver's inbox(SRM and Outlook). The approver may ot may not approve the SC immediatlely, so the requester has no idea when the shopping cart is actually approved unless he/she continuelly monitors the SC status, or the approver imforms the requester when the shopping cart has been approved.

Is it possible to send instant email to the requestor's inbox when the SC has been approved???

Please let me know which which bit of WF to be changed. We are in SRM 5.0 and EBP 4.0 using extended classic scenario.
