Hi All,
I've created tens of queries and saved them under a category in the Query Manager.
I want to authorize certain users to certain queries only.
I selected query Group 1 under Manage Categories and authorized the user on that group through General Authorization but that user is still able to see all the queries defined in the system.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you
Hi Delano,
To block the user access the queries under some query categories. You need the following configuration:
Go to the Create/Edit Categories. Choose the category, in my case "Geral" category, and select what group of authorizations can manage this category.
Go to the authorizations, and set the Saved Queries - Group No. 1 to No Authorization for the users that does not should have access to the queries of the "Geral" category.
After this, the user does not have permission to see the queries under the category "Geral", like is shown on below images.
The category "Geral" is not visible to the user.
Hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Diego Lother
