LSMW and Features setup in SAP HR

Hi,

We are using LSMW to migrate data to SAP HR. Unafortunately LSMW does not seem to take features, as we use them for IT's like 0171 (General Benefits Information) and 0758 (Compensation Program), into account.

Can anybody let me know whether LSMW is able to take features into account (and what settings need to be adjusted) or does this need to be programmed?
