Hello All,
We have an outbound return delivery which has status C in decentral system, but, status A in central system.
Delivery has already been GI'd, but, it's IDOC in central system is giving the following error:
Quantity in PO unit of measure is zero -> No tolerance checks possible.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Due to the architecture of the programs involved when the goods receipt is processed this quantity is treated in the same was as if the user has entered it, so a tolerance check is done for the last generated item to ensure that the conversion factor within the generated items is within the tolerances. If you would create a normal PO without using multiple account assignments and enter a quantity in the price unit in MIGO you have the same effect.

Based on the message I assume it is about different units, its conversions and rounding. So it would help if you could explain what base unit you have and what other units are used in this business process along with their conversion ratios and of course the entered quantities.
