Error by transferring PO to backend system ERP 2005

Hi guys,

we are implementing mySAP SRM 4.0 with SRM-Server 5.0. We use therefor ECS. After we have created a SC and a PO was generated with WS14000075 (no-approval-workflow) we get in transaction BBP_PD following stats:

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1043 Ordered

HEADER I1080 In Transfer to Execution Syst. X

HEADER I1132 Transfer Failed (E.Sys.)

HEADER I1180 Document Completed

We transfer the POs with a spool-printer which is assinged in PPOMA_BBP under attribute "PRI" to the backend-system.

We have checked other threads here searching this issue but we didnt find any solution.

We use local POrg and PGrp with no assignment to the backend-system.

We have maintained following attributes in PPOMA_BBP:

SYS = SRM logical system and R/3 logical system

BSA = SRM logical system and R/3 logical system

ACS = R/3 logical system

We have checke RZ20-> B2B Procurement Monitor -> Purchase Order for more information about PO transfer.

There we got following alerts:

23.11.2006 17:52:00 SR1 Business to Business Procurement(010) Purchase Order Backend application errors ACTIVE Bestellung 7100000125: No instance of object type PurchaseOrd

23.11.2006 17:52:00 SR1 Business to Business Procurement(010) Purchase Order Backend application errors ACTIVE Bestellung 7100000125: PO header data still faulty

23.11.2006 17:52:00 SR1 Business to Business Procurement(010) Purchase Order Backend application errors ACTIVE Bestellung 7100000125: Enter Purch. Group

We hope you guys can help us as you have done so often. Thanks in forward.

BR,

Bernd
