I can't find seem to find a way a way to create a large volume of WSRs. I have had many suggestions and most recently I was advised to use IT2003 (substitutions) but this not really practical as it is a short term fix and I cannot see how to create a weekly working pattern for a long period of time. We have Winshuttle on the estate but no licenses for my department.
Reasons we create new WSRs:
-employees are allowed to request permanent flexible working arrangements ie compressed hours or reduced hours
-new starters can also request a working pattern to suit their commitments.
-we have 15 PSGs and 4 ESGs so often when an employee moves from one PSG to another or changes ESG there is no existing WSR for the new combination.
I create on average 10 WSRs a week, test and transport to Production which takes a considerable amount of time. I estimate that 85% of the time it is only a new PWS and WSR that is required as the breaks and DWSs already exist.
I would be very grateful for feedback as to if anyone knows or can suggest a quicker way to create WSRs?
