Rights to view an incident

Hi experts

I am currently working on a custom Fiori incident viewer application and I need some help with determining who gets to see which tickets. So, I guess you can see a ticket when you are:

- the 'contact person' for a ticket

- the 'Reported by'-User

- An employee of our company

I have a hard time understanding how this gets determined. When a user authenticates, do I need to extract the Business Partner number and check in T-code BP if he is a contact person for each ticket? Any help, information, tips and explanation will be very very very appreciated.
