Access to SAP JAM

Hello All

We are aware that SAP JAM has all the latest information on release status of new GST notes and we are missing on them since we do not have access to it. We are not able to login since we never received credentials for it on our S user ID''s official email. This has been requested multiple times and we also receives the message that the password is sent to registered mail ID. We are not sure whom should we contact. Pls help.

Hi Binita,

I'm not entirely sure what GST notes are. And if they are customer facing documents of SAP they shouldn't be posted in the internal SAP Jam instance but either on support.sap.com, service.sap.com, or help.sap.com

Nevertheless, if you are experiencing problems logging into the SAP internal instance of SAP Jam as an external user, can you please use this email adress to address your problem?

They should be able to help you with that.
