FTP_SERVER_TO_R3 TCP IP Error

I am using function FTP_SERVER_TO_R3 get txt file from FTP.

if the quantity of text file is small, it sucessful.

but if the so many text file in the FTP, some file I am able to read and some I get

TCP IP exception error.

what's the problem ?
