we want to display on a screen in our office all open incidents (priority very high).
Is there a possibility to realize this?
E.g. is it possible to call the Incident Search via URL?
Or is it possible to execute a saved search via URL?
So that we can implement it in our screen.
Would be nice if somebody can give some suggestions.
