SAP Portal iview refresh resulting in HTTP 400 Bad Request error

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with the Refresh button functionality present on the iview tray on every page of SAP portal.

On clicking the refresh button, the error HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request is displayed. The issue is appearing only when we use the load balancer URL to access the portal while on using the instance URL ,the issue is not appearing.

Additionally, we are also getting getting same issue on displaying the URL iview Properties in content admin, Theme editor under portal display under content administration and other standard portal tools.

As per our analysis through Fiddler/HttpWatch, the call made on click of Refresh is not reaching the Load balancer due to the HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request -Invalid Url error.

we are using SAP NW portal 7.4.
