ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API method closeincident issue

hi,all

I'm migrating incidents from our old solman system to the new one.I use the standard API ict_service_desk_api to do this.

1.call method read_complete_incident to get incident information in the old system.

2.call method process_incident to create new incident in new system.

3.call method close_incident to close the incident created above.

Problem occurred in the 3rd step,the close_incident method worked fine and status in table

ICT_INCIDENTATTR turned 'CL',but it still displayed 'Created' when i view the incident in web netweaver in brower.Is there any other status mark the incident and how can i fix it?
