Fiori App - SAP Gateway Error /IWFND/CM_MGW004 - OData MMPUR_REQ_SSP_MAINTAIN_SRV

Hello Community,

I try to install the Standard Fiori App "Create Purchase Requisition" as described in the Fiori Apps Library (https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F1643')/S3OP).

As I try to activate the following OData service "MMPUR_REQ_SSP_MAINTAIN_SRV", I receive an error that the meta data was not loaded.

In the error protocol the error ID "/IWFND/CM_MGW004" appears. The error in XML format:

<?xml version="1.0"?>

</SYSTEM_INFO>
</ERROR_CONTEXT>

I think it is not a general problem, because I tried to activate other OData Services and the meta data was loaded successful. I already deleted the cache of the service with /N/IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP, but the problem still exists.

I also installed other Fiori Apps like "My Inbox" (https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0401A')/S7OP) and it worked fine.

Do you have any ideas?

Kind regards,

Raphael

  • Hi Raphael,

    Have you activated the app's ICF service before activating Odata Service ?

    Regards,

    Rehan Sayed

  • Hi Rehan,

    yes, I activated the ICF service before activating Odata Service. To be sure I deactivated it and then again activated it (both ICF and OData Service). Nevertheless the above described error appears when activating the OData Service.

    Regards,

    Raphael
