Trigger an action in ECC based on the Insert executed in HANA Database??

Hello,

I am want to execute a program in ECC, if there is a new record inserted in a custom table using a trigger (created in HANA DB).

I am looking for possible options to send a message or notification to ECC that a new record is inserted in the custom table.

Question - Is there a way to invoke an action or trigger an event in ECC based on the Insert executed in HANA Database within a trigger??

Note: Using Table Maintenance Generator or Custom Change Pointer(SCDO) is not an option as they recognize direct insert executed on the custom table.
