how can i create a project Crystal Report
, in my softaware show only the option for Open and not for New.

As I said, the SDK for Crystal Reports is from the link I posted, you are jsut downloading the Viewer, no SDK with that product.
Is the first time to use the crystal report, and I am doing an online crystal report course, but the FILE option does not appear, to create a new project, you can help download the .rar file from the SAP site
