I'm doing Data scrambling in our QA system which was newly refreshed as copied from production, but when I click the create package button, I encountered 500 SAP Internal Server Error.
I would recommend if any Proxy server settings is enabled. We have faced this issue and we included the TDMS server in the exception list and issue got resolved.
