I would like to use HR_F4_GET_SUBTYPE in 0014 or 0015

I would like to use BAdI:HR_F4_GET_SUBTYPE in IT0014 or IT0015.

But the "HR_GET_SUBTYPE_T512Z" is already impremented in standard.

Can not I use this BAdI in 0014 or 0015?

By the way, I would like to create that filter the subtype record by authority check in PA30.
