Systems not visible in PSS after 10.1 upgrade

We have upgraded our Dev system from 10 to 10.1 version, SP 16. When i try to reset the password in PSS, the systems are not listed in "add system" option.

Though when i try to raise access request or perform risk analysis, all the systems are listed there. The issue persist only in PSS.

I checked PSS checkbox is already enabled in SPRO config.

    Thanks Rakesh.

    I checked the mentioned service is active, however the user field in logon data is blank(no user credentials mentioned).

    FYI...GRC is SSO with our portal. so maybe this service is not required at all.

    Hi Adnan,

    Did you select the checkbox for PSS on the Maintain Connector Settings under SPRO==> Access Control?

    Hello Adnan,

    As for GRC, SSO is enabled through portal, please check the user ID which is getting logged in in PSS application exists in GRACUSERCONN table.
