Hi Gurus

I have a question regarding Site Hierarchy in SAP Retail.

I know how I can create the hierarchy (I guess). I can create a class and then assign the plants to it which is just a logical grouping of the sites.

I have a situation where I need four different levels of the sites. One main and others assigned underneath the main branch at 4 different levels.

Can you please let me know how can this be done?

Hi Richa

All your 4 branches will be created as hierarchy level (Class) and can be assigned to one another based on you requirement. Sites must be assigned to lowset level of the hierarchy.

All the required transactions are available under site master in retail area menu.

hi Vibhor

I think I am confused, all the sites are actually created as stores in SAP and I need to assign them as Hierarchy.

E.g. Main store 0001

Secondary Store 0001a (This needs to be underneath main store)

Sub secondary store 0001a1 (This needs to be underneath 0001a)

I understand I can create all these as classes and assign to one another but if these are created as sites, they need to be assigned at the lowest level.

Also can we create multiple site hierarchies?

Site hierarchy is based on classification system. All the hierarchy levels should be created as class. All sites (store) are considedered as object and should be assigned as lowest level of hirarchy.
