Best approach for migrating content from BI 4.1 to BI 4.2

Hi Team,

We are looking for the information about migrating content from BI 4.1 to BI 4.2 so the best approach/strategy to be followed in order to perform a smooth migration without much issues. Like users, users & groups, report, universes, all other content, etc. If there is any document please share or any information from your side would be a great help.

UMT is no more available in BI 4.2 for migrating content so I assume there are two options left, one thru Promotion Management Tool and the other is thru some command line interface method. Kindly provide a detail information about the same.
