Catalog not working with Integrated ITS

We are trying to use a catalog with an HTTPS URL and a user ID and PW in the Call Structure. The website is not working "Page cannot be displayed" with the Integrated ITS but it is working with the External ITS. Are there additional Integrated ITS settings to allow this connection?
