No connection to SAP available from Crystal Reports

I have the SAP GUI Installed.

I have Crystal reports 11.5.10.1263 installed.

I have saplogon.ini in UTF-8 format in all the following locations:

C:\windows

C:\Users\NAME\saplogon\saplogon.ini

C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common\saplogon.ini

I have tried to point the SAPLOGON_INI_FILE Environment Variables, (both local and system) to each of the above.

Yet with any of them I still do not see SAP on the list of connection when I want to create a new connection in Crystal Reports

What do I need to do to connect?

Version number 11.5.10.1263 means Crystal Reports XI R2 and SAP Integration Kit (SAP IK) was not embedded as it is in the latest versions.

You need to download and install SAP IK for your version of CR and load the corresponding transports to SAP. Unfortunately CR XI R2 is not supported and the Integration Kit is not available for download.
