Was it upgrade from previous version? Or...
May be it's a restore of BPC 10 environment without conversion 10 to 10.1?
Can you show texts of custom measures?

What was done? New SP?
Is it happens for all reports?

EPM Version is EPM 10.0 SP 14 patch 3
Sorry but EPM 10 SP14 is terribly old (developed in 2013...) - not to be used now!
And what is you core BPC version and SP?

You can't use EPM SP14 with BW 750 SP05!
even for SP25 also same issue.. i hope its related to custom measures used in the report.
