SAP BI Data Foundation joins change

Hi experts!!!

I need your help and advice urgently!

I have request to change filter in BI for example now we have werks = 0001 and I have to change it werks = 0002

I read some materials and understood that all BI joins and data will be in Data Foundation (if i understood correctly)

So how can change this filter :

Do I need access to Server to change it via Data Foundation ?

or

Can I change with Sap Abap (sap workbench I mean )

if there is way changin without accessing to server please tell

where is this filter applied?

BO report? Universe filter? or ABAP code?

Based on where filter is applied you need to change their.
