Hi All,,
I am new to SDN & to EBP/SRM.
As I was going through the forum, i noticed that while giving the details of the system you are working on, we mention classic scenario, extended classic etc.
Can some one please tell me how do u determine which is your scenario?
Please share with me some basic things that one needs to know while starting off working in EBP/SRM.
Your help will be highly appreciated & rewarded.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Swapna

Hi Sanaa,
Difference between extendend and classic scenario:
When Extended is set to on, Enterprise Buyer generates a local purchase order for each item in the schopping cart. All follow-on documents are created in the backend system as well as locally in SRM.
When You have Classic Scenario, Enterprise Buyer processes the schopping cart items with classic scenario. All follow-on documents (including the purchase order) are created in the backend system.
