Customer has successfully validated sap host agent on all bobj app servers and web app servers. They have also explicitly given the host agent install user read/write privileges on the logging directories.
After executing an e2e trace, the BIP Support Tool shows a success message saying it pulled the log files from the servers but no logs are actually pulled into the users local work directory.
Hi Anthony,
Is there an incident open for this? Please have the customer reach out to me directly at toby.johnston@sap.com so I can help them troubleshoot the problem. In the current version 2.0.7 the results should show a pretty accurate assessment (meaning it should show failed if it failed).
Thanks
Toby

is the local directory accessible from the servers ?
are the logging directories shared/accessible from the machine where BIPST tool is running ?
