BI 4.2 Update on Windows server 2012

Hi Experts,

Currently we are in SAP BI 4.1 SP4 running on Windows server 2008 VM's,instead of updating the system to BI 4.2 sp3.

We are planning to go for fresh installation on windows server 2012 VM's for BI 4.2.

If anyone has done similar kind of installation, please let me know the procedure and things i need to take care during this activity.

I'm not sure what are you looking for here.
If you already have working BI4.1 sp4, then you already know how to install the BI 4.x product.
Are you asking how to move content from old 4.1 system to new 4.2 system ?
