Display Dynamic text based on parameter value

I have to display a text object which changes dynamically based on the parameter value.If parameter = company name 1 then display text as Listed company else Unlisted companies.Could you please help me on that.I am using crystal reports 2011.Do i need to create a variable or formula is enough for that?

Hi,

A formula would this this for you. A text object should only be used to display information that never changes, like headers and labels.

You even wrote most of the formula out already. So you're most of the way there.
