Task does not exist - Workflow

No task is visible in PFTC. Getting an error 'Task does not exist', bus task exists. Task display option is not working in SWDD also. Getting same error msg (no task) in agent assignment too. Have checked authorization and found no issues. Not including TS in PFTC. Any idea.

Thanks

Probably a dumb question, but are you able to find it in TADIR and HRS1201? If yes, what do you see exactly?

Yes, It's available both in TADIR and HRS1201.

Thanks.

You have ample options to check if the task is available in the system or not from the following transactions.

  1. PFTC: Choose the task type as Standard Task --> Enter just the task ID without TS i.e. HR object type (for instance, TS12300111 is the standard task the on the initial screen just enter the number 12300111 and then try to click display button on toolbar)
  2. SWUD: Give the task type as TS and then on the next field mention the ID and check as per your requirements mentioned below on the screen.
  3. PP01: Choose the object type as Standard Task, Plan version as 01, and just mention the ID and click enter it should display the maintained properties below by a green color Nike symbol
  4. PFTC_DIS: same as for PFTC.

Check SU53 transaction if in case you are missing any authorizations after executing the above transactions and following the mentioned steps.

Thanks, Pavan
