Webi report using hierarchy

HI all

I have bex query with an hierarchical dimension and I can view the query in RSRT successfully. However, when select this dimension in Web (BOBJ 4.1 SP3), I get a nasty error (see attached message).

Any advise?

Does your BEx query has Company Code/Industry Code hier as display or free chars?.

Do you have Company Code/ Industry Code hier as part of the query. Drag that attribute to into Free Chars.

Click on the Industry coe drop down in Query Panel and try selecting the nodes or levels you want to populate.
