I understand that the cost of service from C4C work ticket can be captured at the CO internal order in SAP S4H. Is it possible to capture such cost at the Contract Level. The scenario is that a service contract is maintained in C4C with service coverage. This contract is replicated to S4H and is subsequently invoiced. Later a ticket is created in C4C where the contract is referred. Now we replicated the ticket to S4H after the work completion. This will trigger a debit memo in S4H for the spares and services consumed, a internal order to capture the service cost, and spare consumption. The consumption is booked at the internal order. Can a contact reference be made here and the service cost be captured against the contract? If yes then what are the steps for setting it up?
