who run and use solman technical monitoring and linked with SAP BPA Redwood 9.0.19?

Hello,

we use Redwood from 5 years ago, and last year we upgrade to version 9.0.19.

We are interested now to configure technical monitoring (Metric & Alerts) through the template provided by SAP Solution manager named "SAP BPA 9.0 by Redwood". But we are currently stopped because, we don"t find solution to add properly our system. we want to be able to see elements through Introscope. Do you an idea how setup properly? does exist any documentation or guide about this topic ?

Do you know if some documentation is available about metric or customed metric to be able collect performance for specific chains and generate some report for specific time line?
