How to create a new infotype for add in the standard infotype?

I need to create infotype with additional information, but I can not use "Enhancement". I want to create another infotype and add or link in the standard infotype.

Example: In Brazil, we have IT0016 and a complementary infotype, IT0398.

I want to do the same, but I need to create a complementary infotype "Z", like IT9*** to standard infotype.

Please, Someone knows if is it possible?

Hi,

I wouldn't suggest to do this if you don't have sufficient HR experience. So better searcht the company for an experienced HR consultant or hire one. HR is always tricky because it can have serious legal ramifications.

I'll resolve the other way, I'll put on complementary information in the sub screen and I'll use the CI_P00**.

This way resolves my problem.

use transaction PM01 to create your own 9xxx infotype or enhance an existing infotype.
