Assessment Cycle

n controlling module, co allocation cycle (Assessment cycle), functional area has been activated as sender tracing factor and used as part of the co cycle it respond as sender tracing factor successfully however when activating the business area as sender tracing factor it is not responding.

note: all configuration needed for assessment cycle is done

1- maintain business area as sender tracing factor (KCIU)

2- maintain business area as tracing factor on (KCHA)

and on table T811K business area is maintained as (sender control set)

you can test this scenario by :

run cycle (07GSLC) on DEV from KSU5:

I finish post testing document

All configuration is done about Cycle.

According to above configuration the cycle should behave as follow

Only Line number one should be allocated

DR/10000 USD CC: 16010_03GL Functional area: GL Business Area: 1701

but the system only consider the functional area as tracing factor not business area

and the two lines are allocated

DR/2000 USD CC: 16010_03GL Functional area: GL Business Area: 1702

DR/2000 USD CC: 16010_03GL Functional area: GL Business Area: 1702
