Hi Experts,

is it possible to add Fiori Catalogs and Groups created in Launchpad Designer to a Customizing Request retrospectively.

Our scenario is that we developed some apps and we want to ship this apps to our customers including ther catalogs, groups and tiles. So we would like to create a customizing request including the catalogs, groups and tiles for the apps which the customer buied and ship this catalogs and tiles to our customer.

Looking forward to your reply

Simon

Hi Simon,

You could try following the steps in the wiki link as per OSS Note 2445685.

Hi Simon,

I am not sure how you can capture already developed catalogs and groups in a TR.

However you can create a new customizing TR in R/3 and select this TR from the top right corner "Settings" button in the Fiori Admin app.
Whatever the new tiles, catalogs and groups you create now will be captured in this TR.

Thanks,
Yunus

Hi Yunus,

thanks for your reply.

We capture the changes when creating the catalogs and groups already, thats not a problem.

But in our case it is necessary to create a TR for already existing catalogs, groups and tiles...

What we have already tried is that we have captured a creation of a catalog in a TR. After that we analized the captured table entries and we have tried to add entries for a existing catalog to the TR. But on the target system the catalog which we have added manually to the TR (or its table entries) was not created...

ninad.thakur : Does this work for groups as well or just catalogs ? We tried this approach and only catalogs were transported..Groups were left over..
