WBS Status is not released but release button in grayed out .

Hello Knowledge ,

We have WBS element where the system status in CJ20N is not showing Released !! REL

But in the menu bar -- I Release button is grayed .

How to find out the reason of the cause .

We were able to close this incident ,

Steps Followed : CNSTATUS Check --- No results

Traced from report RBSVCDOC- -- No Results

CJ20 instead of CJ20N -------Resulted

Goto overview tab(Trigle symbol) -->select wbs -->then goto edit and check the status.

its coming for release .

It looks like an inconsistency. Use report CNSTATUS to check / repair status inconsistencies for the project.

Some of statuses your WBS-element must be cancelled. Then you will can set "Released" or this status will appear automatically.
