Info record Text extracting in Japanese

Dear All,

My client is Japan based,

We would like to get a list which has Purchase order text in Info Record,
Are we able to extract this list in Japanese?
We are concerned about Japanese characters become to different characters.

I.e, Inforrecord---- 123456789--- Text-----

Kindly assist.

read this blog, it explains a standard report that can be used to see what texts you have, however you can't use it for a download:

For a download you have to ask an ABAPer to write a small program. And if the ABAPer has some basic knowledge than you don't have to fear that you get something else than the expected Japanese characters in the extract.
