Page Footer problem

  • Hello,
I have a SAP Crystal Report with the following structure:
RH, PHa, PHb, PHc, PHd, RFa (new page after), RFb, PFa (suppress if pagenumber >1), PFb, PFc. On PFc I have a fixed text that I want to print at the bottom of the page. That is just fine for the first page, but onwards that section prints above the bottom (about the size PFa and PFb occupy).
    Thanks in advance.

Hi Manuel,

This is a known issue. When you have multiple Page Footers, they continue to occupy the space they're allocated despite being suppressed.

If you need Page Footer c to print at the bottom and are OK with the blank space left behind by Page Footer a, here's a workaround:

Instead of Suppressing Page Footer a, suppress all fields in that section with the "PageNumber > 1" formula. This should push Page Footer c to the bottom while displaying a blank Page Footer a.
