Adobe Lifecycle Designer PDF Form Design for Dynamic Tables

Hi Experts,

Now I'm facing such a requirement for PDF form design need your kindly help, any suggestions would be great appreciate.

This form created to display employee's tax details and there have so many items of each record that cannot display them in one page, so we have to split them into two page;

For example there have four columns (A, B, C and D) for each record, we display two columns A and B on the first page(P1), and rest of columns C and D on the second page (P2); and for each page max print 2 records;

Now we try to print form with following data with three records:

A B C D

1 1 1 1

2 2 2 2

3 3 3 3

Expected form should be generated like this:

Page1 with records 1 1 and 2 2;

Page2 with records 1 1 and 22;

Page1 with records 3 3;

Page 2 with records 3 3;

Anybody could give some hints how can I get this result, like data structure design, should I design one table with four columns or two tabls with different two columns; and the design of PDF Form page.
