Web Dynpro DC - Publishing Dictionary

Hi!

Is there a way to expose the Dictionary of a Adaptive RFC Model in the Public Part of a Web Dynpor Development Component so that I can use the simple types & structures in another DC?

Thanks!

Regards,

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Yes . You can .

While creating the pubcli parts you have an option of selecting DictionarySimpletype and Structure. You can select the Entities in the publicpart.

Hi, Anlikumar!

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunatly, this way of publishing only seems to work with self-created types & structures, but not with the ones which are generated by IDE when importing an rfc-model.

I can neither publish them via context menu (add to public part) nor have in my DC, which only contains models, the alternative you spoke about.

Hi Thomas,

In that wizard you can expand javaPackageTree and can select the package .types for adding the types and you can choose "CommonModel" to select the model .

Please correct me if am wrong.

Thanks, Anilkumar
