Is it possible to allow developers to unlock objects (Integration Builder-> Administration -> Administration of Locks and Caches -> Lock Overview) without giving them access to the rest of the Administration section of the Integration Builder? Is it possible to separate access to one part of the Integration Builder Administration from access to another (via roles, etc.)?
I want developers to be able to unlock objects, but I don't want them to have access to any other administration tasks in the Integration Builder.
What about unlocking objects via a transaction on the ABAP side?
Thanks in advance.
HI,
for java objects like Directory/Repository objects are unlocked by java side i,e Integrtaion builder->Admin->Lock Overview ..
You can try out with this role- SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR for the user.
I am not sure it is possible from ABAP side.
just my 2 cents
