Idoc - Idoc scenario --SXMB_MONI

I worked on an Idoc - Idoc scenario. The scenario works fine.

In SXMB_MONIi can see the messages with processed sucessfully flag.

In the column, "<b>Ack Status</b>", there is <b>Green</b> question mark and it means that "Still waiting acknowledgement"

What are the other possible values for the ack status.

links or docs would help me.

I know three acknowledgement symbols:

Green tick: no errors in acknowledgement

Red cross: Acknowledgment: contains applic. errors

Question mark: still awaiting acknowledgement

To figure out what happens, you also have to check the status of your message.

If there is a question mark and a final flag (processed successfully) then it seems that the message was sent successful but the acknowledgement was not able to reach the receiver.

!!!!You need an IDOC Receiver Communication channel called: Ack……

This should solve the problem.

Go to IDXNOALE table in the XI box and give neccessary parameters to avoid this,. (If you don;t want to get this in SXMB_MONI) . Related SAP note- 777175
